4. Refund Policy

The Company accepts no liability for disputes relating to domain ownership, trademark rights, or registration conflicts. The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal expenses arising from the registration or use of a domain name.

B. Web Hosting Services

1. Service Usage

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any hosting account found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions or used in a manner that may negatively affect the integrity, security, or performance of its services.

The Company also reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion.

2. Prohibited Content and Activities

The following content and activities are strictly prohibited:

• Pornographic, obscene, or sexually explicit material.

3. Service Availability and Liability

• Account termination.

Where practical, the Company will attempt to contact the Customer to resolve excessive resource usage before taking action.

E. Payment Terms

2. Late Payments

Invoices are payable within twenty-one (21) days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accounts may be considered overdue if payment is not received by the due date.

3. Suspension and Termination for Non-Payment

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate services for accounts with outstanding payments exceeding thirty (30) days.

Such suspension or termination does not relieve the Customer of any obligation to settle outstanding fees and charges.

4. Recovery Costs

The Customer agrees to reimburse the Company for all reasonable costs incurred in recovering overdue amounts, including legal fees, debt collection agency fees, court expenses, and administrative costs where permitted by law.

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all account, billing, and contact information remains accurate and current at all times.

Any changes to personal, business, billing, or contact details must be communicated to the Company promptly in writing or through approved account management channels.

Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delays, service interruptions, or inability to receive important notices and communications.
